How do I cancel my order?
I do not offer order cancellations. Please make sure you want this item before purchasing.
Lost or stolen package?
If you believe your package is missing or stolen, please contact your local USPS for the following steps. All your tracking information will be in your confirmation and shipping emails. I hope this never happens to you, it is genuinely the worst.
Damaged items
All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email with a photo attached. If this is an item of clothing, it must be unworn. Damaged items past the 7 days cannot be refunded.
What kind of payment do you take?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal are accepted. Payment method cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
Can I make changes to my order?
No changes can be made once your order has been placed. Please double check your cart before checking out!
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to ship. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated 5- 8 business days. Please note that some orders must be packaged separately and you may receive two tracking numbers.
